Seven Pounds

Who's in it: Will Smith, Rosario Dawson

What's it about: Ben(Smith) has a dark secret. He has been trying to redeem himself from it for a long time. He plans to commit suicide but wants to make sure that he has left his mark on the world. He goes around meeting people as a IRS agent. He meets Emily(Dawson) who is suffering from congenial heart failure. He falls in love with her and when he does his life starts to fall apart. He feels as though his world is caving in on him and he is leaving his mark on the world and on the people that he left behind.

What I Think: Will Smith is one of the best actors ever. He looks great and can really bring out the emotions that a movie needs. The movie was a tearjerker. Dawson did an amazing job as well. She was beautiful and pitiful at the same time. Even with such a limited main cast, I thought that the movie was a hit. With the storyline that it had, there was no need for more characters. Mind you the flashbacks got a bit confusing at times. There were two brief scenes with subtitles. Well, I thought that this was an amazing movie and that Will Smith has done it yet again.
